About Nick Molina

Nick is an information technology and security leader with 15+ years of experience building and operating enterprise systems. His work centers on decisions under uncertainty in security and operations, where technical choices shape risk, scalability, and revenue.

He began his career in SaaS marketing and sales, developing an outcomes-oriented approach to technology. That foundation led him into operations and, eventually, information security, where systems design, controls, and incentives drive outcomes.

Nick currently serves as Information Security Lead at a 500+ person organization in New York City, where he designs and implements systems, controls, and policy frameworks that support growth while managing operational and regulatory risk.

Previously, he spent over a decade at IntegriDATA, a financial technology company serving the alternative investment industry. As Head of Operations and Information Security, he led the company’s transition from legacy infrastructure to a secure, cloud-based operating model, including achieving SOC 2 Type II certification. He concluded his tenure as a partner and played a key role in the company’s 2024 sale.
