About Nick Molina

Nick is an information-technology professional with more than fourteen years of experience in enterprise software, operations, and cybersecurity. He began his career in SaaS marketing and sales, but his technical curiosity and problem-solving instincts led him into operations and, eventually, information security.

He currently serves as the Information Security Lead at a 500-plus-person organization in New York City, where he leads the design and implementation of secure systems and policy frameworks.

Before that, he spent over a decade at IntegriDATA, a financial-technology company serving the alternative-investment industry. As Head of Operations and Business Development, he led the company’s modernization into a secure hybrid workplace—replacing legacy infrastructure with cloud-based systems and achieving SOC 2 Type 2 certification. His work and commentary have appeared in HFM (now With Intelligence) and AlphaWeek. He concluded his tenure at IntegriDATA as a partner, playing a key role in the company’s 2024 sale to a private buyer.

In 2017, Nick founded Molina and Bartlett LLC, providing information-technology consulting services to organizations across multiple industries.

Nick earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and a Master’s in Digital Media from Northeastern University.

He lives in the Tri-State area with his wife and three young children.
